How does free cancellation within 24 hours work?

If the tour information includes a provision for free cancellation within 24 hours, then:

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start date of the trip indicated on the purchased Voucher.
  • You can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before the tour date. For example, you can reduce the number of people (you will receive a refund for these people).
  • To make a modification or cancellation, send a message with your reservation number and information about the cancellation/change in the number of participants to the address [email protected]
  • Changes made less than 24 hours from the tour date will not be included.
  • Cancellation of the tour less than 24 hours from the tour date is non-refundable.
How do flexible cancellation terms work?

If the tour information includes a provision about flexible cancellation conditions, then:

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the tour date indicated on the purchased Voucher.
  • Cancellation up to 3 days before the tour date indicated on the purchased Voucher will result in a fee of 50% of the order value.
  • You can make changes to your reservation up to 5 days before the tour date.
  • You can make a change to your reservation covering 50% of the order value up to 3 days before the tour date.
  • To make a modification or cancellation, send a message with information to the address [email protected]
  • Changes made less than 3 days from the date of the trip will not be taken into account.
  • Trip cancellations less than 3 days after the tour date are non-refundable.
I placed an order and did not receive my ticket. What to do?

If your payment has been successfully made, please check the email address you provided during purchase. You should receive your order immediately after paying for your reservation. We also recommend checking your SPAM box.

Vouchers will be sent to your email address after booking. They authorize you to participate in the trip. If you have chosen a trip that includes entry to a given museum/facility, the guide will always have tickets for you. You will not receive entrance tickets directly by e-mail.

Where can I find my reservation number?

After submitting and paying for your reservation, you will receive two e-mails from us.

The first one is titled “Reservation…” and in its content you will find the reservation confirmation number. This is the reservation number,

Where can I find information about the meeting point?

After placing your order, an e-mail titled “Reservation…” will be sent to your email address. The email contains information about the meeting place.

The meeting point will always be in close proximity to the place you want to visit.

If you are interested in hiking, the meeting point is located close to the first point in the tour program.

Where can I find information about the start time of the tour?

Information about the start time of the trip can be found on your Voucher and in the first e-mail we sent.

We kindly inform you that the start time of the tour may change slightly due to external factors. You will be informed about the change no later than the day before the trip.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour start time.

Where can I find information about the tour date?

Where can I find the invoice for the order?

The invoice for the order is sent automatically to the e-mail address from which you placed the order.

It will be shipped within two hours of placing the order.

Can I change the tour participants?

Our Vouchers are not personal, therefore we only expect a specific number of people at the meeting point, it does not matter who the tour participants are.

However, please remember that minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian on the trip.

Does the person booking the trip have to attend the trip?

Our Vouchers are not personal, but we may ask for the name and surname of the person booking the ticket. She does not have to take part in it, but it is worth letting the other participants know them.

What is important to us is the number of people, consistent with the number of seats purchased.
